About
Overview
Dr. Bahoo-Torodi is an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship at Bayes Business School (formerly Cass). His research interests lie at the intersection of strategy and entrepreneurship. Among other topics, he examines how individuals’ prior professional experiences drive entrepreneurial entry and shape the strategic choices and performance outcomes of the startups they establish. His work has been published in the Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, Research Policy, and the Journal of Business Venturing.
At Bayes, Dr. Bahoo-Torodi teaches Product Innovation Management and Entrepreneurial Advisor modules within the MSc program in Entrepreneurship. Before joining the Management faculty in October 2022, he was a postdoctoral researcher at Bocconi and Aalto University.
